AIRSTAR · TRANSPORT IN PRACTICE

A contact in Korea arranging transport on the guest’s behalf. One guest arriving from Japan and travelling on to Gunsan. An airport pickup planned to reassure both the organiser and the traveller.

From Gimpo Airport to Gunsan · Arrival at Hotel Ingrid

The person booking, and the passenger were different people.

The enquiry came from a contact in Korea. Their guest was arriving at Gimpo Airport from Japan and needed a transfer to Hotel Ingrid in Gunsan.

Preparation went beyond the name and flight. We confirmed one passenger, two bags, the vehicle and Japanese-language assistance. The contact in Korea would pay, and we coordinated the driver details and journey information to be passed to the guest.

A welcome in Japanese, ready at arrivals.

The guest arrived at Gimpo’s international terminal on Peach Aviation flight MM767. We prepared a name sign for the arrivals hall and assisted the guest in Japanese.

When the organiser and passenger are different people, both sides need the same arrangements. That is why we coordinated the driver information for the organiser as well as the airport meeting for the guest.

A journey that begins at the airport, ends at the accommodation.

We photographed the arrival outside the hotel in Gunsan after dark. At 9 pm, the contact in Korea was informed that the guest had arrived.

Making sure the person awaiting the guest also receives the final update. That completed this transfer.
