Two additional transfers following the previous day’s operations. We met the passengers and luggage at the airport and brought them to Hotel Tirol in daylight and after dark. A field record of the continuing 2026 GTWS Muju Trail transfers coordinated by Moon Guk-jin.
Space for the passengers, and space for their luggage.
Suitcases and equipment bags were loaded while the group gathered beside the vehicles. We checked the passenger and luggage arrangements for the onward journey to Muju.
For event transport, checking one vehicle’s capacity is not enough. Preparing to leave the airport also means confirming who travels in each vehicle and which luggage goes with them.

The group we met at the airport, together again at their accommodation.
The passengers and luggage came together outside the hotel entrance, completing the journey we had prepared at the airport.
We took care of the airport-to-hotel transfer so the event organiser could focus on their work at the venue.

Even after nightfall, the destination remains the same.
Transfers continued after Hotel Tirol’s lights came on. The photographs record the vehicles, open doors and hotel entrance at the end of the journey.
By day or by night, the group’s destination was the same. Seeing the airport journey through to the accommodation was the final part of these transfers.

When more transfers are added, the preparation continues.
From preparing signs and coordinating several airport vehicles on 22 October to the two additional transfers on the 23rd, the dates and locations differ because transport for the same event continued. These records show the preparation behind each journey.
