Residential stays, including Airbnb properties, may sit deep in a neighbourhood lane or beyond a flight of steps. First-time visitors can find it difficult to locate the right entrance and pickup point.

An airport pickup from such a stay needs preparation by a team that understands the location. We check vehicle access, the meeting point and the right vehicle for the passengers and luggage, as well as the address.
